Užbaigimo reikalavimai

Objective:

To understand your time-use habits and practice effective planning techniques.

Task flow:

1. 1. Time tracking ("Where does my time go?") - 1 day

  • Task: Throughout the day, write down every hour what you have been doing (e.g. lectures, studying, social networking, eating, resting).
  • Reflection:
    • Which activities were productive?
    • Where did you waste the most time?
    • What could you change?

2. Prioritisation ("What to do first?") - 30 min.

  • Make a list of all your tasks for this week (e.g. lectures, homework, social activities, leisure time).
  • Rank them according to the Eisenhower matrix:
    • Important and urgent (do it right away)
    • Important but not urgent (plan)
    • Non-important but urgent (delegate or do quickly)
    • Non-important and non-urgent (eliminate or reduce)

3. Time planning ("Day Ahead Strategy") - 30 min.

  • Choose a time management method and plan for tomorrow:
    • "Time Blocking (divide the day into time blocks for specific tasks)
    • "Pomodoro (work for 25 min, rest for 5 min)
  • Write down your plan in hours.

4. Experiment: follow the plan - 1 day

  • Follow your plan and note whether you managed to stick to it.

5. Reflection ("What did I learn?") - 15 minutes

  • Answer the questions:
    • What was the hardest part?
    • Did I manage to avoid wasting time?
    • What could you do differently in the future?

Result:

Take stock of your time management habits, try out new methods in practice and create a personal productivity plan.
